¹	DGPF, EuPA, HUPO.
²	Non-members achieve a 1-year DGPF membership which ends automatically without an active prolongation request.
³	A corresponding proof is required on-site.

Cancellation

Cancellations have to be made to the DGPF in writing only. In the case of cancellation before January 31, 2013, 100% of the registration fee shall be refunded, thereafter no refund can be made.

Liability

Neither the organizer nor the DGPF are liable for any losses, accidents or damages, irrespective of which cause. Participants and accompanying persons are taking part in the conference and all accompanying events at their own risk.
