Delivery can to be arranged via Boltzmannstraße or Garystraße (offering ramps to reach the Henry-Ford-Bau). Please bring along your own and appropriate means of transportations in order to load your materials.

Delivery of material
for your booth
|
Material such as flyer and prospectus etc., which should be displayed at your booth or the booked display table, can be delivered to the Henry-Ford-Bau. The delivery should be scheduled to arrive at March 16, 2013 (5:00 pm at the latest).

The exhibition area is covered with dark natural stone – be careful with set up. If you plan to place heavy booths, please contact Leo W. Tristram.

During the assembly and dismantling hour opportunities for waste disposal will be provided or can be ordered in advance. Please contact Leo W. Tristram.

Please be aware that there will be no possibility to store material or packaging material outside your stand space!
