Submission of Abstracts

The presenting author of a short lecture and/or poster has to register (including payment) for the conference, before the submitted abstract(s) will be evaluated by the scientific committee. Applicants will be notified by February 15, 2013 on whether their abstract has been selected for oral presentation. All other abstracts for poster presentation will be informed by March 1, 2013.

Abstracts can be submitted to all fields of proteomics.
If possible, they should be assigned to one of the sections given below.

Awards

A Young Investigator Prize (YIP) and a Poster Prize will be offered. Decision on the YIP is taken by the auditorium after talks of the YIP candidates invited for oral presentation.

Poster Exhibition

There will be three poster sessions (A, B, C) on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday respectively. The poster exhibition will take place in the Henry-Ford-Bau of the Freie Universität, Berlin. The poster boards are 90 cm wide and 132 cm high. Every poster board carries the poster number given in the program on the upper left corner. Please refer to the program for your poster number and the exact placement of your poster board. The material for mounting the posters will be supplied by the local organizers. No other material should be used. Please contact the poster assistance on-site for support.

Poster sessions and poster numbers will be published with the final program.
